I do not take insurance. Insurance companies require therapists to diagnose you with a mental disorder in order to reimburse. I do not want to label you, nor do I want that label on your permanent medical record. Insurance companies can also limit the number of sessions they will allow, and overall dictate the course of therapy proceedings.

I may provide you superbills, paid invoices, and statements that you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network coverage and potentially partial reimbursement.

 

Starting off, it is recommended to attend therapy weekly.
